Booking Policy

A deposit of $200 per room is required for the stay. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm a specific room, a room that must not be moved, or a condo-style apartment. The balance is due one month prior to the arrival date. The deposit is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy‍

If you cancel less than one week before your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule your stay less than seventy-two (72) hours before your arrival date, the cost of the first night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy for Stays Longer Than 6 Nights or for Guaranteed Non-Movable Rooms (specific color, size, or features):‍

• A 50% prepayment of the total stay is required at the time of booking.This amount is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than one month before the arrival date.
• The remaining balance is due one month prior to the arrival date.
