A deposit of $200 per room is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 72 hours before check-in, the first night will be charged.
For stays longer than 6 nights or booked more than 6 months in advance, a 50% prepayment is required upon booking. This amount is non-refundable if canceled within one month of the arrival date. The remaining balance is due one month before your stay.
